Maybe not the very best on the Net, but definitely among the best.
I'm sure I missed a lot of good sites, but these will give you a few good places to start.

These are selected links from Standard MIDI Files on the Net.
Please note that I only like to recommend pages that include the information about who sequenced the MIDI files. I also prefer to recommend pages that only offer MIDI files of public domain music. Since this site already has a page of Composers Offering MIDI Files on the Net , there are no links to "original" music from this page even though I also enjoy visiting those pages.
